Passable

Great location but super dirty

Liked: The linens for the pullout sofa were great, the breakfast had an excellent variety and the staff was very friendly and responsive.
Disliked: This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The floors looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed for the lifetime of the hotel-trash and dirt everywhere. There was something like melted ice cream on the desk and what we are hoping was pizza sauce and not blood smeared on the wall. So much potential but just SO dirty!

Superb

Ok

Liked: One of our beds was super comfy like a cloud! The products in the bathroom were some of my favorites so i enjoyed that! Breakfasts was fabulous
Disliked: There was garbage under the beds in our rooms. Kid side of the pool was closed and that is where i wanted to take my 3 year old. Online check in would be great.

Exceptional

Liked: Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Good gym and pool. Great waterslide.
Disliked: I wish it was located more centrally.

Always loved going there but...

Liked: Break fast was ok Good location
Disliked: Are room wasn't that cleanUp date pool, was kinda gross

I enjoyed the the stay.

Liked: That there was a life guard on duty for the pool
Disliked: The room we got had a broken shelf.

Very good

Not the best stay in...

Liked: The guy in the morning was an amazing guy. He helped us right away. They also fixed our problem with the vending machine machine that we had the night before.
Disliked: There was a light outside shining right into the room that made it hard to sleep just so they can light up their building. Could only imagine what it was like on other floors. Miguel at night was not helpful at all, especially when we had a problem with the vending machine not giving us our food. She wouldn’t do anything.
