It was enjoyable.

Liked: Staff was friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: The sofa bed mattress was not comfortable. It would be beneficial to have hand holds in the shower....avoid slip and falls.

Good, but not great.

Liked: The staff were friendly. Room was clean.
Disliked: The elevator was broken, some of the outside doors were not working and the hot tub was not functioning.

Not staying here again

Liked: Location to the town square
Disliked: Too many problems at this hotel. The elevator was broken our entire stay and the only room they had for us was on the 4th floor even though I reserved 3 months ahead. The pool, hot tub were not open from a broken pipe. There was a strong, bad sewer odor coming from our shower our entire stay. Small thing-They had NO pods with caffeine for the coffee maker. Breakfast you can skip. We always like HI hotels but this one was disappointing. The staff were very nice and apologetic at least.

Liked: Convenient to town
Disliked: Very loud road noise as windows are very thin and not enough noise barriers in place. Could hear cars racing on 377 all night. Heating unit would not cycle on and off. Bed was so high I could not get in until staff brought me a stool No bath bat in tub making it very slick and slipperyNeeds more lighting in bathroom to do makeup for women Customers need to be reminded not to SLAM their doors when people are sleeping.

Liked: The staff was fabulous and went above and beyond from check in through breakfast the next day with all of their customers. Karin was terrific!
Disliked: I was happy with everything.
