Very disappointed as have stayed...

Liked: Convenient to town
Disliked: Very loud road noise as windows are very thin and not enough noise barriers in place. Could hear cars racing on 377 all night. Heating unit would not cycle on and off. Bed was so high I could not get in until staff brought me a stool No bath bat in tub making it very slick and slipperyNeeds more lighting in bathroom to do makeup for women Customers need to be reminded not to SLAM their doors when people are sleeping.

Liked: The staff was fabulous and went above and beyond from check in through breakfast the next day with all of their customers. Karin was terrific!
Disliked: I was happy with everything.

Disliked: Had room next to elevator/ ice machine/ laundry.Very noisy. Doors to all the rooms make too much noise when closing.

Disliked: I didn’t like is that we checked out. Almost two hours later we get a call to tell me the system didn’t save my card info and that they have ni payment on file for me when my back showed pending transaction for the day before when we checked in. I told personal we received a receipt when we checked out and no one told us that at that moment. She said I’m sorry but I need a card. Provided the card over the phone she said ok thank you. Hung up still called me two more times. And two days later still calling me there is no card on file. And my bank is still pending the hotel charge. Never have had this happen to me at any hotel. Not sure how true this issue is. Sorry only reason I’m rating it a 1.

Friendly, clean, and working hottub,yea!!

Liked: Friendly service. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Nice hottub and pool which we used several times. Nice breakfast.
Disliked: Trash truck outside my windows at 4am. . The bed frame had some metal sticking out that you could easily hurt your ankles on. No rod in the closet to hang clothes.,which didn't matter for this time, but could .
