Liked: i didn';t catch the name of the front girl who checked us in but she was absolutely amazing!!!!! so helpful and friendly and everytime she saw us she stopped and talked to us offered suggestions of thing to do while there, our concert we flew there for got cancelled literally as we checked in and her empathy was great and she offered so many suggestions of things to do so that was great and she was amazing. all the staff were great
Disliked: the bed was a very firm matress unlike what we have at home so at times that was bad. our room 207 was unfortunately directly above the kitchen which was SOOOO BAD! every morning at 5:30-6 the banging began with the staff getting breakfast ready. i was woken up super early every morning which was terrible. there needs to be better sound proofing between the kitchen and room 207. i know the kitchen staff is just doing thier job so i can't blame them

Disliked: My only issue was at breakfast. One of our group had 2 different cartons of off milk from the refrigerator. Which obviously put him off his breakfast.
