Disliked: The tv didn't work and the toilet didn't flush and tub didn't drain.

Liked: Great location, really clean rooms and breakfast area was clean and very well stocked. Front desk staff was very nice. Easy check in process.

Liked: Breakfast was better than most other complimentary breakfast.
Disliked: No privacy curtin on the window. Being on the ground floor this made it where everyone parking headlights shined into the room.. Parking lot / street lamps kept me awake all night. Direct TV system lacked good movie options.

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel was new and modern. It was quiet on the fourth floor. Room was big. Breakfast was amazing. The pool, hot tub and workout room were excellent.
Disliked: The bed mattress was thin.

Liked: Very clean facility and friendly staff
Disliked: It had snowed the night of our stay and the plow crew’s started at12 am woke us up for most of the night. The people upstairs from us were walking around all night sounded like they were having a party. Tv next to us was playing so loudly. Lucky our heater fan drowned out some of the noise. At breakfast the milk was bad and curdled my wife was sick and 2 other patrons were also sickened by the milk. Have stayed at many holiday inns by far the worst.
