Great breakfast, comfy beds

Liked: The breakfast attendant, Hasina, was the best! So attentive and friendly! I can't say enough good things about her! The breakfast was delicious and the beds were comfy.
Disliked: The front desk woman at check in was not nice in any way. I hope to never have to deal with her again. The only reason I gave the staff high marks is because of Hasina. She saves this place from only mid reviews.

Great overnight stay near airport...

Liked: The staff was so welcoming !! Hasina during breakfast ensured that we got what we wanted. She was extremely nice! Shuttle service was super helpful and on time. We loved out short stay here.

Bad

No decent restaurants close by.

Liked: Just ok.

Liked: The room was fantastic and the bed was really comfortable.
Disliked: There was nowhere to go out to grab a bite to eat close to the hotel.

Convenient to the cruise porr

Liked: Breakfast was good. Asked for 2 queens and recieved 1 queen and was charged more than what was agreed through booking.com
Disliked: Aited over an hour at the airport because the driver was waiting for a lady who said she was ready and never even off the plane yet. Overcharged and didnt get the room I paid for

Disliked: A little older-eating area was small as was elevator
