Liked: The hotel was clean and comfortable. Our problem with it was, we need Gluten free food. When we went to breakfast there was no information on what was or was not gluten free! All the food was sent in and dispite asking management they were unable to give any information of possible allergens in any of the food they were serving. So all we could have was yoghurt and fruit. I’m sure the US is the same as the UK with strict laws on food in hotels etc, but this hotel had none. Not even in relation to nuts. Which can of course be fatal to someone with a severe allergy. So a major short fall. Apart from that it was all good.

Liked: I used booking for my reservation, the page said that they will have a suite with 2 separate room, when I arrive I just received 1 single room. I contact the manager and he said that will resolve with booking because I paid more than 2 separate rooms in booking page, he said I will receive a partial refund but I still waiting for that.
