Superb

Disliked: Only 1 person running breakfast and poor girl couldn't keep up with food needs. Hot water for tea and hot chocolate never refilled. Tables not clean. Should have had 2 people for a Sunday morning of Winterfest

Great place to stay

Liked: Room was comfy and heat was easily regulated. Check in was simple. Everything in the room was taken care of nicely.. we have stayed here before and it is a great hotel.
Disliked: Breakfast was ok but there was no brown sugar for the oatmeal. Very disappointing. Elevators need a vacuum but for the most part...a great place to stay.

Disliked: No water pressure and hair found in shower and on the floor Breakfast was ok the eggs were burnt and sausage was overcooked it looked like it was mixed from prior days the hot food and just warmed up

Poor customer service, unfriendly front...

Liked: Location, clean halls
Disliked: Pool area was warm, pool was cold and the water was dirty in appearance

Great place to stay!

Liked: Loved the nice large room size with places for our suitcases and all our toiletries. Exceptionally clean. Bathroom layout was great.
Disliked: I’m sensitive to smells and the air freshener in our room was quite overpowering.
