Loved the adjoining rooms!

Liked: The hotel was very clean and welcoming. I usually stay at the Hilton or Marriott and was pleasantly surprised with this hotel!!! I didn’t expect much, but now see Holiday Inn differently!!
Disliked: My family and I stayed In rooms 400 and 402. Very strange but both Keurigs did not work. We all tried to operate them both to make sure it was the coffee maker and not us! Also came back on the last day and none of our cards 4, two for each room, would open the doors to our rooms. There was also a sign hanging on my door that said Not Ready… I left it as I didn’t put it there, I figured housekeeping did for some reason. No one came into my room and cleaned or dropped off more towels or anything that day. (3/8/25). I also had a handicapped room and in the bathroom something had come off the wall and there were holes from where the screws held it in place. Just thought it would be nice to take care of small details like that.

Disliked: Unfortunately, the couch in the room had stained cushions. We did not sit on it.
