Liked: Comfortable beds and temperature control. Great staff. Great location.

Disappointing

Liked: Gross cockroaches stains on bed sheets

Other than breakfast, everything else...

Liked: We’ve stayed in a lot of Holiday Inn’s, and had breakfast there, and the facility and staff were excellent. And at this particular, Holiday Inn staff and facility was amazing.
Disliked: The breakfast was horrible. The coffee was lukewarm at best. Everything else was not even lukewarm. The juices were watered down to where they did not have much flavor. The bananas were mostly black and there wasn’t a lot of food to meet the demands of all the guests.

They are seeing family

Liked: The location was easy to get in and out of and onto the freeway lots of restaurant choices around it.
Disliked: Cleaning crew needs to do a better job of cleaning behind the bathroom door
