Dirtiest hotel I have ever...

Liked: Nothing! ilI wish I could rate this hotel lower. We stay in Holiday Inn Express because they are consistent... this one was FILTHY. I took pictures of my feet after walking on the floor in our room! They looked like I had been walking in dirt. I have a video of the hall and it was astonishing. IHG needs to go and see this for themselves.
Disliked: It was FILTHY. I took pictures and videos because words alone are not enough to describe how nasty it was.

Our stay was adequate -but...

Liked: Staff very professional and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Room size was very adequate and overall quite clean. The breakfast food offerings were adequate as well. We also were not disturbed by noise outside of our room.
Disliked: The floors in the elevator-and especially in the carpeted hallway of the third floor were very worn and dirty. The walls of that same hallway looked worn and soiled. The tub floor ( in the bathroom ) was dangerously slippery. There was torn areas on the leather headboard over the bed and on the office style chair.

Overall the lobby and eating...

Liked: Not much more than being on first floor as I requested
Disliked: The room wasn't very clean. Bathroom supplies were old and in bad shape.

I will never stay at...

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: When we arrived there was no one at the desk. We rang the bell repeatedly and no one came. We called the number and could hear a phone ringing somewhere and still no one came. This lasted a long while! It was disconcerting, wondering whether we would ever got into our room. The manager finally showed up. Then when we got off the third floor elevator, we were greeted with the worst carpeting imaginable. It looked like a crime scene where huge splotches of chlorine had been spilled trying to remove the evidence! The room looked more hopeful, comfortable bed, but then toilet hadn't been cleaned! Neither was the sink, rust around the drain and no stopper. As we were leaving, the smell of marijuana in the hallway was overwhelming. So the bed and the breakfast were the only things OK.
