Liked: Very nice staff.
Disliked: "Solicitation" In parking lot by woman who seemed to be making that her (and her manager) their home roaming area..

room clean got to stay...

Liked: greeted by a wonderful staff personwho allowed me the opportunity to have a room close to the elevator
Disliked: Parking lot a disaster full of ice and snow there parking for elite members not even plowed and nothing salted. Trash receptacles full and not empties outside door. Breakfast wished they had scrambled eggs instead of frozen eggs that are premade and want the waffle maker back.The second day our keys and other guests' cards were not working for the doors so everyone needed to come down and get new ones or have them reactivated.
