Liked: The breakfast was fine but would be great if the cheese omelette were made more appealing—the oozing cheddar cheese is a put off.
Disliked: 1. We requested for a room change because room 306 was missing the dark blind for the window! The person did give us a different room, but she made it seem as if she was doing us a favor!! No apology or a polite acknowledgment—like I’m sorry for that and let me see if I can find an alternate room. 2. The third floor corridor, especially near the elevators, reeked of cigarette smoke! It was awful and we had to pinch our noses to prevent gagging reflexes. 3. We were surprised that despite asking for room service, no one cam le by to clean the bathroom for the three nights we stayed there.
