Liked: I was not allowed to enter the hotel, the booking number was not accepted by the clerk. We were forced to leave the hotel and seek other lodging. No assistance was provided by the clerk, refused to try to call your company to get to the matter at hand. The number assigned to the booking for help was the number to the hotels desk.
Disliked: The attitude of the staff, or person in charge, no assistance whatsoever.
