Not friendly service, doors slam...

Liked: The breakfast
Disliked: EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF, upon check in and when they put someone above us the last night of our stay and they stomped and ran around for hours 2+ am on a Sunday-Monday and they told us it wasn’t their problem. The doors to each room slam closed and shake the entire floor. If you stay more than one night be up before 1130 because house keeping comes through the floors like wrecking balls opening and slamming doors, playing music and yelling through the halls. Do NOT STAY HERE TO SLEEP!

Liked: Hotel clean, comfortable, staff friendly, convenient location, free onsite parking, delicious breakfast with multiple items, smart decor, safe, refrigerator & microwave in room, great value, indoor pool
Disliked: Indoor pool area was clean, water clean but water was too cold to swim comfortably. Room temperature fine. We waded in shallow end.

Great hotel for the business...

Liked: The hotel is welcoming, staff was great at addressing any question. My room was spacious, very comfortable bed, couldn't hear the outside at all. The breakfast is OK.
Disliked: The water pressure at the shower wasn't high enough, and while I only ate breakfast once, it was lacking on variety. Still OK, but could be more.

Great Value for Money

Liked: This is a nice hotel located in a convenient and safe area in Allen Park. The location is also a short drive to Detroit. The breakfast was good with a variety of options, and the staff was friendly. Note: I would consider staying at this property in the future.
Disliked: There were a few minor things that could have been better in our room such as the toilet handle was old, the wall by the light switch in the bathroom was poorly repaired, and there was a stain on the shower floor. I also brought this to the attention of management to address.
