Disliked: I booked this stay but checked out immediately. The room was not clean. I felt that it wasn’t suitable to stay there for myself but especially my two 5 month old babies

Disliked: There was no time posted for the breakfast hours. I was not told at Check in for the time breakfast was serviced. I arrived in there around 9:45 am and everything was gone or locked down other than the danish.

Disliked: The parking was inconvenient when the front lot filled then entrance doors weren't working in the back lot without walking outside in the icy cold parking lot to find a working door. Other than that a wonderful time

Holiday Inn Express needs to...

Liked: The staff was helpful and pleasant...front desk, custodial, maintenance. Common areas and bathroom were clean.
Disliked: I used to like Holiday Inn Express because they were well maintained and a good value, but certainly a cut above a budget hotel. However, my last 2 experiences will be my last. Both experiences found the facility to be badly in need of an update. The furniture, even in the lobby, was torn and dated. Wifi was weak, at best...one of the employees took my phone to hold it by the router to get it to connect. A lightbulb in the reading lamp (the old curlique kind) was not working and could not be replaced until morning. Unscrewing it to replace with another lamp's bulb revealed the lightbulb had probably not been changed or dusted since it was purchased. Breakfast was mediocre...breads were stale and eggs and sausages were not appealing. I tried to contact corporate IHG but they don't even have an email address to use unless you book with them. I would not stay here again.

Comfortable but lots of hall...

Liked: Pillows, bed the room was nice and nice breakfast.
Disliked: It was loud, people walking down the hall were loud, I would of given a 10 but we were woke up early just from people walking in the hall ways.
