Liked: Room was spacious. Dining room was very large which is a big plus.
Disliked: No bacon served at breakfast! They said they never get bacon. It is a very important plus to me for breakfast because I dont eat it at home. Please reconsider!

Liked: Cleanliness. Very friendly staff
Disliked: Closet/cabinet had no handles to open/close No towels in room (had to ask and took about two hours to get them) It is rather easy to miss the hotel since there are no big signs perpendicularly Located to the boulevard where it is located at.

Disliked: Having issues getting deposits returned

Liked: It was close to where I was going for the evening.
Disliked: EXTREMELY noisy!!!

Liked: Location was good as it was right down the street from Knott's Berry Farm. The lady at check-in was very helpful, but she was all by herself handling all requests and check-ins. She handled it very well and was still in training.
Disliked: Long line to check-in. The bathroom was not cleaned, and the shower was very dirty. The 24/7 Washer and Dryer service was out of order. Lights in the hallways and lobby were all off and only turned on after a delay due to the poor motion sensors.

Liked: The front desk employees were very helpful and courteous. Especially, the gentlemen who wears a suit. He was exceptional!
Disliked: There was an incident where, I belive was a manager, who had a kind of tumultuous argument with another guest regarding taking food. It seemed a bit unprofessional. Other guests around had stopped to see what and where the shouting was.
