It was great, but!....

Liked: Staff was great and friendly. The one element i disliked was that the elevators were super crowded during breakfast hour and very slow, on check out day, I missed 3 Ubers and had to pay for those, and i still had to carry 2 heavy bags down from the 4th floor with a child in tow because the elevators just weren't available!...though the staff had up to that point.been friendly, when I voiced my frustration with the situation, the front office people were quite unapologetic, as if to say that it wasn't their problem

Disliked: Lack of staff, sometimes reception is busy nobody to cater us in the bar.

Liked: The location was perfect just next to Station Sloterdijk. The staff were so helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful with selection of many things.
Disliked: Everything was good, but there could have been wardrobes or more hangers for clothes in the room.
