Liked: Friendly reception. Clean. WiFi worked. Centrally located for station and cathedral.
Disliked: Parking garage next door (recommended but not run by the hotel) totally run down. Had to walk up three escalators who have been broken for years (according to a local).Safe battery low. Tiny room. Hardly any water in shower. Shower head not adjustable to actually spray person. No suitcase rack. A/c battery empty & heater broken. Single regular coffee pad for a double room. Hot options at breakfast buffet very cold. Only flimsy tiny napkin to hold bread while cutting=> bread has been touched by multiple people.

Disappointing

Liked: Location is good, nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions. It is also conveniently located next to a shopping center, supermarket and parking.
Disliked: The room was not well cleaned. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. The breakfast was very disappointing.

Liked: Close to Christmas markets, old town and railway station. Also well placed for WW1 site tour.

Great stay & good location...

Liked: All round super happy with my stay here for 1 night. Great location & comfortable room. Nice that breakfast is provided, only one girl was running the show and she did a great job to restock items even right before 10am. She was also very helpful & happy to look after my bags.
Disliked: More variety at breaky would be good but otherwise nothing to fault!

Good

Liked: There was good furniture and bedding in the room, and it felt clean. Breakfast was fairly varied and there was a handy coffee machine in the reception area. The location for the Christmas market was perfect and the parking was very easy, at a reasonable price. I would recommend it for a short stay.
Disliked: The room was a bit small and the shower, although great for the environment, just didn't have the water pressure to warm us up after a cold afternoon at the Christmas market.
