Shuttle pick up service could have been better

Good

Liked: The doors to the hotel rooms and the exit door were extremely loud as people came and went during the night making it really hard for some of our party to sleep. The food was excellent for a hotel breakfast. The staff was friendly. The pool was ok though really loud and we had to go request towels because there were none in the pool room.

Accommodating!

Liked: Older gentleman at check in was nice. Breakfast is available which is always a plus if it’s decent. Room was spacious for my spouse and I along with our two toddlers. No complaints and beds were comfortable. I didn’t hear any noise outside of our room while inside nor did I hear anything during check in and getting to our room. Quiet.
Disliked: Everything was good!

Liked: The room above us had very loud pounding throughout the night & early morning, making sleep difficult. We called the front desk twice (no answer), left 2 detailed voicemails, to include inviting them to our room to hear the loud pounding, (no response). The lady that checked us in was very nice & the lady serving breakfast was lovely. The man on the night desk never responded to us reaching out about the pounding issues.

All in all a positive...

Liked: Breakfast was very good. The location was good as well, short trip to our training facility.
Disliked: The TV color was way off and un-fixable. That was the same in the other room. There were some ants as wellm but I saw ants everywhere in Georgia except at restaurantas.
