We stayed at the Doubletree due to its proximity to the Blossom Music Center and good reviews. We were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel! It is located directly across the street from the Summit Mall. It was only a short 10 minute drive from Blossom. The only negative was that parking was somewhat limited during the day due to a wedding reception being held at the hotel. Other than that, we had nothing but positive experiences during our stay.

Horrendous experience! I will deter...

Disliked: Our room was mistaken for vacant the whole time we were there despite me talking with several staff about it. One staff was breaking into our room at midnight because he thought the keypad was broke when they assigned it to another guest. 5 different times the next day a staff member either came into our room or pounded on the door. At 6am on our last day, my husband had just finished running 100 miles and needed rest and a shower. We were locked out of our room! This was the WORST hotel I have ever been to!!!

Disliked: After a 10hr drive, there was no hot water to take a shower. Called front desk and they were already aware of problem and it hadn't been fixed. Asked for compensation and were told because we booked and paid on booking.com that there was nothing they could do. I'm concerned that the bedding and towels are not being washed in hot water as they should. Emailed mgr and have not heard back.

Liked: Location was convenient. Staff friendly, rooms comfortable, pleasant, and quiet, and the breakfast was great!
Disliked: Returning to the area after 50 years, I was saddened by the poorly planned strip development along West Market Street in the area surrounding the Holiday Inn Express. I live in a remote rural location in eastern Washington, so it is always a shock to my system to be in this type of environment.
