Outdated, inconvenient, decent breakfast.

Liked: Pool was dirty and very small. Floor in hotel room was sticky. Room had spaces that were not cleaned. Keycards stopped working the morning of checkout at 8 am even though checkout is 11!! We were told their system is just old and to use the deadbolt type lock bar to keep door open until we were ready to check it. I did not feel comfortable doing that. Breakfast was good although pancake maker was out of order. Beds were comfortable as well.

Liked: The staff was very pleasant.
Disliked: Check in- credit card system out of date. Bathroom tiles were slippery and broken. We got locked out of our room hours before our check out time. Pool was dirty, smelly and gross. Pancake machine was down.Ice machines were down.

Liked: I loved the breakfast and the staff was great.
Disliked: The bedding was stained in areas but my biggest complaint is the pool. There was hair and stuff floating in it, green algae on the sides of it and overall the lighting of the pool makes it look murky and gross.

Disliked: Our room was infested with ants and Japanese beetles. In the bed, my hair, my clothes, the bathroom, bedside tables.

Will definitely stay here again!

Liked: The breakfast was great! More options than we expected. The front desk staff went above and beyond. My granddaughter left her tablet in the room when we checked out. The staff found the tablet and had it when I called the next day.
