Great check in - little slow but concert crowds expected; room nice and clean with everything you need; asked for an ironing board and it was at the door in minutes.

Liked: The staff were outstanding - a real credit to the hotel.

Liked: The hotel was beautifully quiet, everything was clean and fresh and much nicer than i expected for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable and the room had everything i needed. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Disliked: The only thing i would have liked that wasn't there was some hot chocolate sachets - not much of a complaint. There was nothing i didn't like.

Liked: They had a plumbing problem, which was very noisy. I did complain, and they were aware of the problem, but that didn't help for sleeping. The breakfast and room were good.
