Liked: The bed and the pillows was excellent
Disliked: The floors were cold , we turned the air off and turned a little heat on , once it warmed up a little we went to turn the heat down and it wouldn’t go down so we turned it off. Then we were going to the bathroom and there was water on the floor in front of the cabinet , the fridge had defrosted and there was water everywhere we called the front desk and they told us they could send a man up to look at it but if we weren’t going to use it then it could wait. I threw a towel on the water on the floor . I had trouble with my bill no one told about the 50 bucks that’s add on to it for your security. We ask about breakfast the next morning the guy down in a room . Okay so does it go with the room or do we pay. We won’t be staying at this holiday inn again
