Lovely area and amazing friendly...

Liked: Lovely property , rite next to the water .Really nice feel when walking into the property . The lobby was lovely too . The staff were truly amazing and so friendly , they even went out there way to get us free bottles of Prosecco before we went off to aintree for the day .

Liked: I was travelling alone to do a race that was local to the hotel, as were many other guests staying there. In the morning the staff had set up a table with drinks and snacks for all the runners who were traveling early for the race :) Overall the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the location was lovely.

Liked: I was served by a man called Dylan. He was very accommodating and helpful and went above and beyond to improve the quality of my stay. I am very grateful for his thoughtful effort and for helping me.

Pleasant experience ,great start to...

Liked: The staff were the main appeal.Nothing was too much trouble and there was a real feeling of a team approach. Gareth,was particularly exceptional.Not just bringing an additional pillow but also some very much needed biscuits - really kind and thoughtful.The setting is nice,on a very well kept canal. Its location to Cheshire Oaks is a real bonus.Breakfast was adequate.
Disliked: Confusing car park arrangements.Room a bit dated ,bathroom definitely need an upgrade.Room refreshments very meagre.

Liked: I liked how the staff went out of the way and were helpful and polite
Disliked: The swimming pool wasn’t available and times are restricted so missed two oppprtunites Breakfast should have vegi options when it comes to sausages too

Liked: evening meal was lovely. room we were moved to on 3rd floor was perfect.
Disliked: initial room on ground floor was right by toilets and car park. luckily we looked at bathroom straight away and there was a leak in the bath taps.... we were moved to a better room on 3rd floor immediately, which was perfect.
