I booked/paid for a two...

Liked: I have stayed at a Holiday inn before, I like it cause it’s convenient because of breakfast, pool, customer service. Is a great gateway place!
Disliked: I booked/paid for a two queen bed with free breakfast (that’s one of the things why I chose it, so I didn’t mind the price) at the time of Check in I was told my booking wasn’t available and only had a a king side bed available. It was midnight with two kids so I took it still thinking “is ok, at last we can have breakfast before continuing to get on the road to Denver, CO. I tried to call guest services for extra linen; the phone wasn’t working. Morning comes and guess what: if I wanted breakfast, I had to pay separate cause it wasn’t on my bill

Disliked: the room was dirty, door didn't lock, pillows smelled like sweat and floors creaked

Disliked: Old, tv didn’t work for a day, tub was leaking, sofa mattress and sheets were stained and uncomfortable

Nice stay

Disliked: The shuttle to the airport only ran from 7 AM to 7 PM my flight was at 5 AM

Disappointing

Liked: Property was great the pictures where deceiving i thought the pool was inside so disappointed i also left my driving glasses in the room when i called lady was nice she said she would call me back she never did i thought she was going to call me back that same day ! I called her back since we where heading back home 4 hours away she said well we won’t know till tomorrow but i needed my glasses
Disliked: The pool was not inside and breakfast was not free
