Nice place to stay

Liked: This was a spacious room - also had a couch which was nice to relax in. The room was well laid out and had several of the usual amenities - coffee, fridge. The shower was perfect and had the refillable soap and shampoo. This hotel is in a great location close to the airport and easy to get to.
Disliked: There was no cold water in the bathroom sink. Would have liked USB charging ports in the room.

Met expectations, would stay again.

Liked: Our room was very spacious, even for just my husband and I. We enjoyed the room to spread out a bit and relax, even if only there for the night. Great kudos for Ernesto! He seemed like the jack of all trades and jumped in to assist with breakfast - clearing dishes, checking our needs and then was our shuttle driver to the airport in the morning to collect our car rental. Great location for close to airport and easy to get to.
Disliked: The website states airport shuttle, one of the things we needed since we had a late flight. Upon landing at the airport, we were then informed the shuttle had stopped running an hour ago so then we needed to quickly find transportation, which was unexpected and a little frustrating. Our reservation showed that breakfast was included in the price, but we ended up having to pay for a slow service of made to order breakfast. From the reservation," Meal PlanBreakfast is included in the final price".

Liked: I have stayed at a Holiday inn before, I like it cause it’s convenient because of breakfast, pool, customer service. Is a great gateway place!
Disliked: I booked/paid for a two queen bed with free breakfast (that’s one of the things why I chose it, so I didn’t mind the price) at the time of Check in I was told my booking wasn’t available and only had a a king side bed available. It was midnight with two kids so I took it still thinking “is ok, at last we can have breakfast before continuing to get on the road to Denver, CO. I tried to call guest services for extra linen; the phone wasn’t working. Morning comes and guess what: if I wanted breakfast, I had to pay separate cause it wasn’t on my bill
