Disappointing

Liked: Property was great the pictures where deceiving i thought the pool was inside so disappointed i also left my driving glasses in the room when i called lady was nice she said she would call me back she never did i thought she was going to call me back that same day ! I called her back since we where heading back home 4 hours away she said well we won’t know till tomorrow but i needed my glasses
Disliked: The pool was not inside and breakfast was not free

I could could not rest...

Disliked: Two major issues with room that they did not inform us of, and if I was informed prior to occupying room, I would have objected:1. This was a connecting room to the room next door, The connecting room was locked of course, but connecting doors are never sufficiently sound dampening. I could hear the next door occupants talking as if they were in the same room as I , and their TV was on late into the night, and it was sufficiently loud to hear through the door.2. They had a dog, It is fine that Holiday Inn allows pets, I appreciate that. HOWEVER, I would like to be informed that a dog is in the room next to me. The dog did not bark incessantly, but the dog DID bark occasionally, waking me up several times.

Disliked: No breakfast like the other Holiday Inn’s. There was also rust on the bathtub floor as it was peeled which exposed the tub to rust.
