Meh

Liked: The rooms; specially the accessible (handicap) type
Disliked: The prices and the unable to use points for price reduction. Adding, my security deposit was not refunded.

Excellent staff!

Liked: We spend the first couple of nights at this hotel when the Eaton Fire displaced us. It was so chaotic, but the staff remained calm, helpful and worked together to make our stay as good as it could be. The lobby and rooms were clean, and we felt welcome every minute of our stay. They helped us extend our stay and went out of their way for us. I highly recommend them.
Disliked: How to get breakfast was not very clear, but the front desk staff in the morning helped us figure it out.
