Overall good!

Liked: The hotel is what you would expect from a holiday inn hotel! The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was good, bed was comfortable and the staff was polite.
Disliked: We asked to be moved to a higher level because our room was facing the parking and there were always people talking in front of the room. The staff kept delaying us every day until we gave up.

The staff was sullen and...

Disliked: The staff was sullen and not friendly. There was a thin, tall, blond-haired, blue-eyed boy standing at the reception. When I checked in at the hotel, he had a sullen expression on his face when he saw that I was Turkish and made a sarcastic hand gesture like "get in line". He didn't even say hello. I think he's a racist. I didn't like his behavior, there was no smiling face.
