Liked: Restaurant was fantastic, wonderful staff , great location
Disliked: Shower didnt work

Superb

Liked: Good breakfast, comfy rooms. Proximity to the zoo- could be any closer.
Disliked: Ran out of glasses at the bar, and same with mugs at breakfast

Disliked: The temperature of the room was to hot and the bed was to soft

Disliked: Directions for entry especially if disabled / wheelchair user and arriving by public transport (I.e. not car / taxi).Food and drinks were expensive (prices would have been fair if in central Edinburgh, not in outskirts)
