Liked: Best rooms I've stayed in. Beds are really comfy and 52" tv.

Lovely anniversary trip.

Liked: Clean, we liked being able to hear the zoo animals.

Liked: Swimming pool was nice
Disliked: Window was broken in my room and during the night when it was exceptionally windy I was woken in a freezing room with really loud wind and when I went to phone the phone was broken in the room, when I told the staff this I was told by them aswell as booking.com I would get 50% of my payment back and after a month and many times phoning I have still not received any refund.

Good last minute stay

Liked: It was not too far from the city centre with a bus service directly outsideRooms were big with good facilitiesVery good shower
Disliked: The quilts and covering on the beds were too heavy and kept slipping out off the quilt covering small issue I know
