Good hotel; clean and comfortable. Great bed and shower, both really important to me. Staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was good and extensive with eggs cooked to order if requested. I would certainly go back and can strongly recommend it.

Disappointed never got dessert but...

Liked: Room was lovely and clean, breakfast was good , at a decent time on a Sunday.
Disliked: Restaurant was not staffed well enough, as a consequence we were not able to take full advantage of DBB option. We only had time for 1 course over 1hr30 due to attending an event. Asked server if we could have desert sent to room to have later which she agreed, but didn't get any dessert. So only had one course, not really value for money. Although what we did eat was good and staff polite but under staffed. Also poor having bar in dinning area as queue was large and people were standing close to where people were eating dinner.

Disliked: The bar/restaurant in same place. Not good if you just want relaxed drink. However it is quite expensive

Disliked: Booked a table for dinner online but staff said they had no access to it but still managed to get a meal in the conference room had to stand in a huge queue at bar to order food and drinks ,only four waiting staff for a full hotel restaurant and bar
