Disliked: The room cleaning was not done correctly. There was an empty beer bottle in the room. The bathroom and shower were not clean.

Liked: Staffs are friendly.
Disliked: The hotel was taken over by B&B hotels. Air conditioner (heating) was broken during my stay. Even worse, there was a day when hot water supply was also broken; the shower was cold. There is no tissue paper available. I was required to use a toilet paper instead.

Liked: Location!!!
Disliked: The breakfast is a bit simple, but it's good! I just thought it was bad that I asked for tea at night, because I was sick and the receptionist told me that he couldn't sell it to me or take it from breakfast.

Extremely disapppointing.

Liked: Location was ideal for our purposes.
Disliked: We got a two star BnB after paying for a 4 star hotel. We should have received a partial refund following the change of ownership. It was all quite topsy turvy, room not cleaned, staff under pressure and poor choices for breakfast.

Disliked: It was a bit cold in the room, also shower was first just with working cold water (no hot), after repairing it worked
