Good, but some consideration could...
Liked: The breakfast and room were nice and the welcome on arrival which was early hours of the morning was appreciated. Bring allowed to take a breakfast box for my daughter who was too tired to go to breakfast. The staff checking we had all we needed before clearing away breakfast.
Disliked: The cleaner entering our room whilst we were sleeping it woke us up and really frightened my daughter. She then proceeded to hoover and bang the hoover against our door over and over again. Not great wake up.Receiving a telephone call to leave, the get out call stated it’s 11.07 and we had overstayed by 7mins.We arrived early hours a later breakfast and check out would be desirable. Breakfast started and finished early and I would have paid for a later checkout if that was an option. Felt unfriendly to receive that call

Disliked: We were supposed to stay at this hotel on the 18th of October , but unfortunately I had an unexpected medical problem and I had to be in A&E , knowing that we would not be able to reach our reservation we called and asked if we can change the dates for the next day , I was told , since my reservation was done through Booking.com , I should submit my request through them , which I did immediately after the call. There was no answer from the hotel for my request , and the next day I got a message from Booking that my reservation was cancelled for no show . We had plans to travel that day and it wasn't a pleasant situation for us to end up in the A&E , and which made it even worst was the lack of understanding of the hotel staff for our particular situation . And to add up , on Booking .com states that if there are any modification, changes to the reservation , you can contact the property directly , which we did , plus I didn't want to cancel because I still need it , I wanted to change the dates , even willing to pay a fee if that was the case , but there was no willingness to meet our request . It's easier to charge and not offer the service than to make an effort and gain a customer while you are still charging.
