Would go again.

Liked: This was the second time we have stayed here and the breakfast is always good.; as is the bedroom. This time we also ordered room service - also very successful.
Disliked: There was a bit of a break in communications between the reception and the restaurant - we had paid for the breakfast for our length of stay - no-one from reception had updated the restaurant. To be fair, the reception was having a few problems with technical issues.

Liked: We have stayed at this hotel many times and are always welcomed by the staff.They are friendly, helpful and professional.The hotel is spotlessly clean and our room was very comfortable with every thing we needed.
Disliked: We had to go home,we just loved it here.

Liked: have stayed here before and were not disappointed this time. small issue with the room was quickly resolved by the very helpful staff! lots of space to exercise the dog on site. the restaurant menu had been revised since we were here earlier in the year but still a good selection of dishes on offer. we'll be back!.
Disliked: when taking the dog out for a last walk we saw youths on motorbikes and in a car driving fast and recklessly /dangerously in the hotel grounds hopefully this does not become a regular occurrence.

Great stay!

Liked: We had a premier room, and it was spacious and beautifully clean. Breakfast had a great choice, and staff were attentive and regularly topped up food, so it was always fresh.Staff from reception, cleaning, and catering were all very friendly.
Disliked: Our room was a little chilly, and there were no instructions in the room. However, we were out every day until around 10 p.m., so it didn't affect us too much, and we didn't ask.

Good stop off to break...

Liked: Nice & close to main routes but quiet. Staff were lovely & welcoming.
Disliked: Rooms were a bit tired but for ok for a nights sleep.
