Superb

Liked: Very helpful staff. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. 24/hour coffee/tea which was a plus for sleepless night. Definitely going to stay again.

Great location!

Decent hotel except the King...

Liked: Location, cleanliness & staff.
Disliked: We booked a King Suit. But the noice from the freeway through the single-panel sliding door to the balcony was unbearably loud!! We could't sleep at all for the first night!! Miserable!! The hotel moved us to a Standard King Room the next morning. We asked for a refund for the rate difference, but was told that they could't do anything because we booked through a third party. Any chance the Booking.com can refund us the rate difference?
