Liked: Very enjoyable stay; enjoyed shuttle service and the bar later in the night.

First time there and I really enjoyed my stay!! Very nice and professional staff, great location, clean rooms, and I loved the shuttle service!! The offered to take us to dinner and back! Wonderful shuttle service, less stress and gas money for me! I will totally stay there again!!

Liked: The location was close to where we wanted to be.
Disliked: I booked it here because it showed two restaurants at the location. Both were closed, so we had to go somewhere else to eat. I did not want to do this because of how cold it was.

Liked: The hotel was clean and near the venue we went to
Disliked: It would have been nice if they informed us that the parking lot was going to be closed. It was a pain to have to drag all our stuff across the street and through the entire parking lot. Also, when I made the reservation it was supposed to include breakfast. Well, wouldn't you know the day we were there, the breakfast location wasn't open and we were handed a paper bag with a few items in it. Not nice.l

Horrible Stay.

Liked: I liked the location.
Disliked: The bed had blood stains on the sheets. The front desk clerk, James, was rude. Im a cancer patient, and he refused to look for the voucher my doctors office sent over to cover our room. I paid for the room. Housewife tried to make my grandson change the bedding himself. I called the front desk, and the clerk Tynisha, who was very sweet, sent the housekeeper back up, and he was rude and haphazardly made the bed. For a 200.00 a night room, one would expect a clean room and at minium a continental breakfast. Not to mention, I'm disabled and to walk about 3/4 of a blook due to the parking lot at the hotel being closed down by the city of Des Moines. I will never stay at this hotel again and will ask sure my friends and family know how bad it is. I will also be contacting the corporate office tomorrow, 10/25/24. Our stay was 10/24/24.

Liked: The location was great for where I needed to be at while I was there.
Disliked: The fact the parking lot was closed. The restaurant only has day time hours. The bar/restaurant is closed on mondays. I paid for breakfast but unable to eat the breakfast due to the time breakfast starts as I had to leave by that time both days.
