A fantastic find

Liked: First time using a holiday inn and certainly won't be the last. From walking in Lahiru the gentleman on reception with the lovely smile, to having drinks and food in the bar all the staff were immaculately dressed friendly, attentive and extremely polite.Everything was professionally run and breakfast was amazing. Nothing could have been improved on
Disliked: Nothing to dislike

Great location but it’s hard...

Liked: The location is excellent
Disliked: The room was cold. The shower was just a trickle. The bathroom was tired and dirty in places.

GREAT BREAKFAST, BUT SOME WARMTH...

Liked: Weather was aweful but general facilities good, apart from bedroom warmth.
Disliked: Minor (English) conversational issues at Reception. Caused by my Scottish accent? Heating controls erratic in room and supplied elect heater had to be used to stay warm Bathrrom area was cold, with a lot of condensation after shower..

Disliked: Couldn’t get warm in the room and the pillows where horrible

Disliked: There was nothing that I didn't like, liked it all

Surprisingly quiet venue serving very...

Liked: Very clean room. Quieter than I expected with its proximity to the M1. Great breakfast staff and we had the bonus of a cooked to order breakfasts as part of a very good breakfast.
Disliked: The shower space was a little bit cramped for my tall build.
