Passable

Liked: The room was nice with a big sofa and big tv. The man behind the desk was very nice. Nice hot shower.
Disliked: The TV didn't play bbc1 and strictly was on. It was very disappointing. The heating system was soo noisy, we had to switch it off, it screamed. But it turned itself back on at 6am

Very good

Liked: Not the prettiest hotel, but modern reception and restaurant and the room was fine. I had booked a standard room, but was upgraded to a larger room with an extra bed, which was ideal as I was travelling with my daughter. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Bathroom was a bit tired, and common areas were cold

Chill out break

Liked: Everything. It was welcoming and good location for our needs. Breakfast superb.
Disliked: Not having control of heating in bedroom.

An easy hotel to find...

Liked: The location is fantastic. The hotel is easy to find and it is signposted from the top of junction 25 of the M1.
Disliked: The rooms, well our room, was very compact, the bathroom tiny. The bedroom doors are not fire doors and are ill fitting, letting far too much light into the room overnight.
