A fab location, clean and...

Liked: The location is great next to the bus station and 5 minute walk to the train station. Room was spacious and everything we needed. Staff were lovely and very helpful.
Disliked: Our shower leaked badly into the bathroom.

Liked: It was a beautiful hotel very clean. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Parking was difficult and gaining entry was also a bit of a pain especially with the reception being on the 4th floor.

Liked: Stopped here for a birthday and they went above and beyond for it! We was given complimentary drinks at the hotel bar along with a birthday card and cake in the hotel room.All the staff was very polite

Disliked: Not the property but the parking agreement we had to pay the full amount when leaving the car park when we was told there was a discount for staying at the hotel

Good city centre place to...

Liked: Perfectly good place to stay for a family gathering in Derby. Nothing spectacular - but can’t fault it. And great value (well, it was January and a big storm forecast!). Great breakfast and the delightful staff let my brother join us for coffee without charging him.
Disliked: The discount car parking over the road didn’t work. Probably not the hotel’s fault though.
