Great location and centralized for...
Liked: Excellent location. Very easy to get to and very centralized to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The room was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: No USB ports in room. The girl that checked us in was not very friendly nor welcoming. She mumbled and acted frustrated when I asked for clarification of what she was saying.

Disliked: Late night check in person was terrific. Young gal on during the day was sullen and very unhelpful.There were only a couple of things available to order under the prepaid breakfast plan. Hotel is showing its age

Love this Holiday Inn, but...
Liked: Always love the beds and pillows. My room on second floor, 245, the fan in the bathroom was VERY loud. Was pretty annoying. But other than that, I always enjoy the rooms.
Disliked: When I checked in on Monday, Jan. 20th, at 3pm, the girl at the front desk was very rude. It was the way she spoke to me. Very unpleasant. I was in a great mood when I arrived, but was not when I went to my room. I didn't get her name, as she did not have a name tag. She gave me a paper to sign, fill out, and I gave it back to her and she threw it aside. She just didn't want to be there, I guess. I've worked in hospitality/tourism industry for many years and you don't treat your guests like that. The lady that checked me out was lovely. She said she was in the sales department. Thank you!

Double charged, double the frustration
Liked: Good location.
Disliked: I was charged twice. Once by booking.com and then due to a clerical error, by the front desk staff, the property. I initially contacted the property and was given bad information on how to remedy the payment. I have since reengaged with the property and engaged with booking.com customer service and submitted their required documentation of proof of charges, but it is now weeks post contact without resolution or any method to follow-up. We are 3 months post stay at this point.
