Disliked: Unfortunately the bathroom part for bathing is made of fiberglass and is very old and cracked, so unfortunately I cut my foot and to this day I have never received due satisfaction and attention.

Disliked: Long wait for the cafe/grill for my order. For dinner was a long wait, breakfast was faster.

Disliked: Check-in took forever to— more than 15 min. One person at desk awaiting service when we entered lobby.Clerk clearly untrained and overwhelmed by technology. Pleasant enough but the wait time really unpleasant after a day of road travel.
