Liked: Clean easy to get to . Nice beds.
Disliked: Could use better toiletries . My room had two conditioners and one lotion !

Uncomfortable beds

Liked: Marcell at the front desk was an example of how everyone should aspire to be perfect gentlemen! Kind, well mannered, attentive, and knowledgeable. The location was perfect for us close to visiting family.The room was clean and quiet.
Disliked: The beds were very uncomfortable. Neither of us slept well all week. We brought our own pillows as always, but that did not help.Also, we are used to staying where breakfast is included, and this feature was an extra fee.I feel this is a great hotel for the business traveler or for those just passing through.

Very disappointing

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: I booked a King suite that included breakfast. When I arrived, I was informed that wasn’t available and said they put to me in a double queen room and refused to include breakfast . Room was dirty, smelled of mildew. I was not compensated or given a rate adjustment despite the fact that the room they gave me was a tiny fraction of the price of what I paid for.

Liked: All of the employees were extremely helpful and very supportive . I checked in very late and this wonderful lady from Presque Isle, Maine was very friendly.
