Liked: Clean fresh vibe plus swimming pool

Perfect location for us to...

Liked: We were attending a wedding a few miles away from the hotel, I contacted the hotel regarding taxis. They quickly responded with phone numbers of local taxi companies. We arrived before check in but were able to leave our bags at reception. The staff were all very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Booking in was so simple and efficiently with Freya. Food at dinner and breakfast was superb. Staff were polite and helpful and although it was busy at dinner everyone did their best to keep us comfortable.

Liked: The majority of staff are very friendly and helpful, some very comical ones with good sense of humour Nice room Breakfast was very good
Disliked: Some staff let it down at Breakfast by taking people's plates before they had finished and pushing people out whilst still eating as they said they had to get ready for lunch service.Small rooms Tiny toilets that feel kid sized Loud drains Expensive bar prices

Disliked: The black pudding too dry not a big fan of buffet style food

Disliked: Disappointed with breakfast, poor service staff seemed stressed and disorganised. Poor food quality too. Room could have been cleaner particularly dirty shower head and bathroom in general
