Came for long layover, could...

Liked: Loved the shuttle service, as my fiancé and I had a 15-hr layover. We just wanted to sleep in a comfy bed while waiting that long. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Food was absolutely awesome, and room was clean and comfy. We did indeed get some great sleep.
Disliked: Shuttle service could be improved in two ways:1. More clarity during booking on pick-up location at DFW. 2. When I called staff for pick-up at the airport, we had trouble hearing/understanding each other about said pick-up location. He told me to be sure to be at the right spot, because they couldn’t call foreign numbers. Well why not? It’s a hotel chain that cannot dial foreign phone numbers? Is it a matter of know-how or payment plan? I had to dial a foreign phone number from my phone to call the hotel.I’m just thankful the staff was being resourceful, by trying out the possibility that I was on whatsapp, and contacted me that way. Kudos to him for thinking on his feet!

It was alright

Liked: The location was great, since we were only in town for one night to attend Supercross at the AT&T Stadium. The breakfast was really good, but there were no instructions that we were supposed to give the lady our coupons and be seated. Nobody was around when we walked up so we just sat down and grabbed our own utensils.
Disliked: There was long, black hair all over our bed. It made sleeping very difficult knowing the beds were not very cleanly.

Disliked: COLD SHOWER!!!!

Enjoyed staying at the Holiday...

Liked: Location was good to get to the airport. Rooms were spotless. Bathroom items like shampoo etc were great quality. Staff were extremely helpful.

Disliked: There was no complimentary breakfast, I thought the breakfast you offered for $16.95 was not worth it. I walked to get breakfast somewhere else.
