Great hotel outside of New...

Liked: Great hotel about 40 mins outside of New Orleans. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was great and rooms were big and clean.

Below average

Disliked: Had to switch rooms because the heat didn't work the 1st night and the tub didn't drain. Had to move from 2nd floor to 4th floor. It would have been nice if at least a 10 percent discount had been applied. It was expensive for 2 nights then add in the heat not working and the tub drain not working, a small discount would have been nice. Had to pack and unpack a second time.
