Had a lovely 2 night stay in Coventry - couldn't fault the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Very pleasant experience.

Clean and comfy

Liked: Easy access from the M6. Plenty of parking. Very clean, comfortable room. Nice sized bath towels. Good soundproofing.
Disliked: Bed was a little hard but still a reasonable sleep.

Pleasant and relaxing stay

Liked: Pleasant stay. Phone didn’t work and there wasn’t enough milk and t bags.Paid £5 extra to upgrade to premium but not sure what the difference was.Staff were lovely and bed was so comfy. Breakfast nice. Overall a pleasant stay.
