Had a lovely 2 night stay in Coventry - couldn't fault the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Very pleasant experience.

Liked: The whole experience was exceptional ... it was our 23rd anniversary .. We had ordered room service .. When the tray arrived it had a hand made card by the staff , free desert & chocolates The girls made it so very special for us.Our best break ever .... We will be going back very soon.

Disliked: Stay would have been pefect if it were not for the loud staff cleaning rooms out at 9.30. Lots of loud noise.

Disappointing

Liked: Staff were great.
Disliked: Room smelt like vomit and was tiny. Moved into another room. Was better, shower was low pressure and took ages to warm up, lift didn't work so had to carry loads of items up and down stairs, our taxi we ordered through the hotel didn't turn up so we were late for our event. Just a poor experience over all. We stayed with friends and all of us paid varying amounts for the same hotel. I paid the most and I feel like I did not get any value for money.Staff were excellent though.

Disliked: No remote control in the room for the tv. Rang reception who said they would send one up but it never arrived so we couldn’t watch the tv for the whole stay

Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable woke with a bad back each morning. Tea in room not nice to drink. One light switch faulty toilet flush not flushing properly. There four nights neither were fixed.
