Trip from HELL

Liked: First checking the lady was rude am just recovering from a stroke that I couldn't deal with her that my husband and son had to because of her
Disliked: The front desk lady first... Then going into our room it was super cold that the heater didn't work and took maintenance 4 hours to come to even fix it plus it was already 4?° outside... Our son's room the phone didn't work the dresser drawers kept opening on its own even when you would shut them and the heater was set at 90 when they first walked in so they lowered the temperature and never went down until maintenance had to come in and move the temperature... And lastly the first desk lady had to us that only adults breakfast was included in our stay that our grandkids were not able to enjoy breakfast so I called and spoke to her about she back paddle and said am sorry the kids are included on the breakfast... Like how was we going to have breakfast and our grandkids were not... Never there again... Plus she saw that I was in a wheelchair and didn't even bother to give us a handicap room so I struggled around the room couldn't wait to get home...

Liked: Room temperature thermostat didn’t work. The shower water would not shut off. The website offers free shuttle to airport but they were late picking me up and when I scheduled the next day I saw them write it down in the pass down. I arrived 15 earlier for the shuttle and they said they didn’t know. I had to arrange a Lyft.

We liked the hotel but...

Liked: The ocean view. Perfect location.
Disliked: I don’t think our room was cleaned. Dust on furniture and clogged tub with standing water at time of check in. When maintenance fixed the clog, he didn’t clean up the mess he left behind. Tub and floor were left dirty and we decided to skip the shower.
