Great staff but more of...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. They had electric vehicle charging points.
Disliked: They appeared to be under-staffed, so sometimes, if you wanted a coffee in the bar area you had to find a member of staff and ask for some service. The bar area was on the cool side, so it was not very comfortable to sit there for any period of time and I certainly would not have wanted to eat in the bar area.There is nowhere to walk to outside of the hotel and no nice outdoor space. It felt more like a motel than a hotel.

Lovely better than expected!

Liked: The staff especially Ellen she was above and beyond was always doing more than ever expected and we weren’t the best guests ooops definitely fantastic at hospitality and customer service actually cared!
Disliked: The pool kids everywhere being thrown in causing havoc even using steam and sauna wasn’t able to swim very busy for small pool.
