Liked: As always, the room was very clean -well done, housekeeping! The reception staff were super friendly!

Disliked: Our room was above the entrance where smokers gathered, so noisy. Large bed but uncomfortable mattress.When checking in, there is no information about where the dining room was or the pool. No information regarding free WiFi/ room service or bar opening and closing times.On the 2nd night, there were guests 2 rooms down, "Partying"..playing loud music, slamming doors and shouting. We contacted the reception at 00:45 to complain, and to be fair someone came up to speak to them.

Liked: I contacted the hotel last minute to see if I could bring my dogs and they were very accommodating. When entering the room there were two cute dogs beds set up with bowls of treats for them, it was such a lovely touch and very helpful settling them in.The room was very large, big Tv, and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fine
Disliked: I am a bath person, and the shower very big and modern was fine. But I always prefer a bath.I struggled a little bit a breakfast as I had my dogs with me, and they couldn't settle in the area that was set out for them, it was right at the entrance and having people going in and out disturbed them a lot. I stayed for a seminar in the manor room, the facilities were very nice, however the carpet hadn't had the best of cleans from the night before and my dogs were eating sweets and left over things off the floor which was a little concerning. I do realise that this is feedback based on my experience and doesn't necessary effect the majority of guests

Liked: Massive, huge rooms, spotless cleaning, well maintained structure. Absolutely amazing staff members, great location, easy access, lovely room.

Okay but could have been...

Liked: Easy to find, plenty of parking although a little dark at the front. Nice clean comfy room
Disliked: Noisy room couldn’t sleep properly not only party goers but some sort of machinery with an intermittent thumping sound. No veggie sausages at breakfast
