Liked: The staff was amazing especially ellien in the restaurant bit. She is such a lovely lady who couldn't help enough. The food was 5*. All staff that worked on the weekend we was there deserves a bonus in they wages
Disliked: Only thing what was missing was a full length mirror in the room. A fridge would be perfect in the rooms for those you has alligies like dairy so they could keep alternative milks in the room

Fantastic place to spend a...

Liked: Pool and sauna is reason we booked here over anywhere else. It was great. Shame steam wasn’t open, timer in sauna not working etc, but I know you’re refurbishing imminently and it didn’t detract from our stay. ALL staff outstanding too, from room cleaners being helpful to desk staff to pool staff. Would be good to use cash in bar for meals.

Disliked: My 11 ye old granddaughter Left phone charger when we checked out , went back few hours later .. said wasn’t there .. 100% it was left plugged in
