Bad front desk

Liked: Well I did not enjoy it there was no hot water for 2 days had to take a cold shower two days in a row found dirty panties underneath the bed found ladybugs all in the room The door that you walk in and out of It was missing screws I have pictures and videos of all that called the front desk to talk to somebody she was rude her name is Patricia she told me that she couldn't give me her name she couldn't give me her boss's name or the manager's name was Root on the phone got video of that not a good place to stay I stayed in 212 then on top of all that I called there because I was going to stay there because they had a rooftop bar well I checked in and they said that rooftop bar was closed for New Year's night that's the only reason why I wanted to stay there because it was all in house and I wouldn't be out driving the roads,, I asked to be mowed to a different floor she said that she would put me on the first floor I asked her cuz she figure out if the hot water was going to work down there she said that she couldn't do that had to let the water run for 45 minutes before taken a shower
