Generally positive. Renovations look good.

Liked: Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Serving staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was spotless.
Disliked: My room had a door that was shared with another room. My neighbors were loud and allowed their children to play in the hallway between the adjoining doors. When I arrived, Booking.com had apparently put my reservation under my first name instead of my last.

Great stay outside of Columbus

Liked: Super nice staff, free water - great after a long drive- comfortable bed, clean, felt safe, east checkout, one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had.
Disliked: Price was a tiny bit high.

Liked: Very nice. Plenty of room at breakfast. Clean.
Disliked: I love when they have fresh ice water with fresh fruit in it for the guests in the lobby. This place did but. There was no ice in it and all the lemons were just laying on the bottom. It tasted awful. The next morning I was hoping they had made fresh. But no. They just added water. No ice. And the lemon slices looked the same as the night before.
