Disliked: There was no jacuzzi and the floor in my room was messed up got a black eye from it

Need clear advertising!

Disliked: Online it says the hotel is pet friendly but when I went to check in they told me they were not a pet friendly hotel. I simply was trying to find a place to sleep after a 12 hour drive.

Good

Liked: Moved to better room for night 2.
Disliked: Night 1 toilet was continuously running and heater made loud noise. Told front desk and they gave us a different room for night 2.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was great , the room was nice and when I needed things they were brought to me.
Disliked: Staff want friendly. I still do not have my deposit back.

Enjoyed it. Will stay again

Disliked: I was not informed that breakfast was a separate bill. The first room I was in the heat wasn't working. They later moved me to another room.
