Liked: The staff was awesome and accommodated all my needs. David in the dining room was super nice and very helpful. This was the best experience in a hotel that I have ever had. This is a 10 Star Hotel.

Disliked: The walls were then. The flooring in the room and bathroom was slippery depending on the shoes you wore.

Disliked: 1st, Upon checking in, 2 employees there, only 1 actually working. Other was standing off in background laughing about something when working employee had to get attention of non-working employee to help at front desk.2nd, night stand in bedroom had some type of goop on it. Got all over the back of my cell phone and other things upon setting them down without having 1st seem this mysterious goop.
