This place has the best customer service and the rooms are lovely and clean. Being on the 10th floor corner front was everything. I could look out the window and see a beautiful view of downtown.

Liked: Everything!! The staff are amazing! They made everything go smoothly, even beyond the responsibilities. When our car battery was dead, they immediately helped us. They made a stressful situation less stressful.

Terrible Accommodations with a Parking...

Disliked: Parking was not free. They charge you once you are there, $14 a night. The parking garage is crowded and down an ally. You have to walk through the ally to the front of the building to enter. It was trashy and very sketchy. No hot water. Luke warm at best. The microwave and refrigerator were the smallest I have ever seen in my life. I asked for a room on the higher floors with a view of the city. Our room faced the parking garage and ally. I'm pretty sure anyone could see in our room. The sheets on the bed were stained with pen markings. And the entire place smelled wet or like mildew.
