Liked: It was very Clean, the staff was very friendly and attentive.

Disliked: First off, when checking in they put us into the wrong room. Only found out hours later after calling down to have help with tv and the staff member told us we were I. Wrong room. That being said there was Only 1 friendly staff member and he left at 11pm. After that we had some guy who could not give 2 shits about being there. Needed more towels, he treated it like a chore and was annoyed he had to get off his cell phone to grab some extra ones, On check out as I approached “what” is the first words to come from him, as i explained I was there to just check out, with out looking up from computer just pointed at some box that was labeled key drop off. There was No confirmation or anything leaving

Liked: I have stayed at this Holiday Inn many times. It is very convenient to the airport and my sister’s house. It is clean and comfortable, and I’ve appreciated the fitness center and on site restaurant.
Disliked: But - the hotel is under reconstruction. The restaurant is closed. The pool and fitness center closed halfway through my stay. I understand that hotels need updates, but I think I should have been warned when I made the reservation. It would have been easy for the hotel to message me.

Disappointing.

Liked: Breakfast not included and restaurant was not open at 6 am as advertised.
Disliked: Oversold and got one king bed instead of 2 queen beds as requested. Given a broken roll away bed to compensate.

Disliked: Poor restaurant service. It should have been closed if there was not enough staff to run it without major issues. Also did not get the mountain view I paid for.
