Disappointing.

Liked: Breakfast not included and restaurant was not open at 6 am as advertised.
Disliked: Oversold and got one king bed instead of 2 queen beds as requested. Given a broken roll away bed to compensate.

Do not stay here!

Liked: Nothing! Bad experience!
Disliked: Poor restaurant service. It should have been closed if there was not enough staff to run it without major issues. Also did not get the mountain view I paid for.

It was an ok experience

Liked: Everything was clean Love that dove products were used
Disliked: Check in and out where a little messy. Gentleman didn’t know what he was doing also they tried to charge my card multiple times
