Excellent

Liked: Great staff, made my two kids feel so special, provided kids activity packs, biscuits, vouchers for the girls to have drinks. Swimming pool was good for kidsBrilliant gluten free breakfast and dairy free options
Disliked: Sofa bed was uncomfortable, sofa bed wasn't made up I had to go and ask for sheet.

very nice hotel, bright and...

Liked: the whole hotel was nice and bright, the staff very helpful and available - the rooms were clean and of a good standard, and breakfast was very good
Disliked: the bed was uncomfortable, i kept rolling into the middle where the mattress was maybe a bit old.
