Liked: The staff at the bar were super helpful, especially Elaine. Elaine couldn't have been more professional and friendly if she tired.

Liked: Pretty much everything - better than most roadside/conference based hotels
Disliked: Only downer was price of drinks in restaurant - exorbitant.Would also be helpful if they advertised price for pets to stay at time of booking, not after. Still great value overall, but would have been clearer.

Liked: The breakfast was good and the location is excellent. For the price, it is good value. The bonus of a gym & pool (albeit very small) makes this a good option.
Disliked: Everything is a little dated and basic but for the price, it is a good deal.

Liked: The hotel was ok - we arrived and both receptionists didn’t even look up for a few mins which I thought was rude! Property looked lovely so we decided to stay for dinner
Disliked: Dinner was awful - we had to send 2 meals back as they were cold (steaks) and 2 of the other meals were hardly touched (sea bass) - our elderly relatives didn’t want to worry and make a fuss but most of the dinner was left - waitress did not mention anything when she picked up the plates - this was a visit to see my dads elderly family and with the costs of the 2 rooms and a meal and drinks for 7 cost me and my brother over £400 for 1 night - steaks were refunded but then 2 people didn’t eat that night! Very disappointing - and then while having drinks after the meal had to contend with a very drunk man who kept coming over to our table - he was eventually told to leave by a very brave member of staff - as this man was very intimidating - so all round not a good experience at all

Liked: The hotel is situated in a nice location very private and hotel accommodates children play area
Disliked: Staff are slow on front desk waiting too long ti check in whist staff walked right past you. Also the food court was empty but there was all dirty plates everywhere not pleasant to see
