Stay away.

Disliked: Very, very disappointed in the stay. First of all basics: room was freezing cold, showers worse. I was not comfortable the entire stay due to this fact. No TV for a large portion of the stay made things worse. I have an EV - no good charging capability so car almost died which would have been disastrous. This led to unnecessary anxiety.Staff: not well trained at all. I was amazed at how they did not know basic information or have wrong information, and some even shared with me their frustrations towards management on their lack of training to help answer basic questions guests have. This should be hospitality industry 101.I was given much misinformation regarding skiing at the resort. This resulted in a waste of time and even spending too much money on ski services as I later found out. I was told in an email communication before I arrived that there was a ski shop on site. Lo and behold when I arrived was informed it had closed several years back. This was false advertising in a sense, and influenced our decision to stay with you (or as we know now not staying with you).Overall a huge fail. I would never go back.

Beautiful stay for a Ski/Snowboarding...

Liked: Bed was comfortable unlike most hotels, view was gorgeous, loved all of the amenities including the tram to the lift. Great kitchen and living room to cook and relax.
Disliked: Our room had a yellow stain on the comforter, it should have been changed out for a new one. House keeping should have taken care of this so we did not find it.

Liked: We absolutely loved our stay - we felt so welcome from the minute we walked into the lobby and were greeted by Will. He made our stay very comfortable. The staff was incredible, from Jeff’s snowshoeing experience to the 24/7 help from the front desk. The amenities were well maintained and clean. We will definitely be recommending this property that is perfectly situated next to the slopes to our friends and we will be back again!
Disliked: Maybe the decorations that were a little dated.

Had a wonderful stay with...

Liked: Pool, hot tub, covered parking, stocked kitchen, shuttle, views, hot showers, secure, lots of activities & things to do at the hotel & near by, free laundry, friendly atmosphere & staff were great & provided fast service. Clean, the room had a fan, humidifier, broom, large storage area, roomy and comfortable for the 5 of us.
Disliked: Beds are very firm & not comfortable. Would have been nice to know to register for activities immediately because they fill up fast. We weren’t able to do much that was part of the resort fee. Remodel was nice but a drawers/cupboards wouldn’t open unless you opened the fridge.

Disliked: They said they had a spa on their site for massages and facials but didn't. It wasn't very clean in our room.

Disliked: Spa was broken. But the jet tub in the room made up for it.
