Disliked: They said they had a spa on their site for massages and facials but didn't. It wasn't very clean in our room.

Liked: The room was clean and super comfy. Had a great view of the lake!
Disliked: Spa was broken. But the jet tub in the room made up for it.

Would never stay there again,...

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: No view. Bad location. Hard to find. Isolated about 15 minutes from Lake Tahoe. No restaurants within reasonable walking distance.

Pleasant

Disliked: we stayed at the terrace building. it was being remodeled the paint smell was so strong. it was trying to get in and out of the garage with all the work going on. we couldn't get any ice for our room and initially the front desk told me to go to the terrace for my hotel keys and trying to figure that out and having to go back to the clubhouse and off to the side to pick them up took me over 35 minutes to just get keys going back and forth.

Great stay overall

Liked: Location, views and climate. staff was very nice, facilities were a little dated but we'll kept.
Disliked: Our room didn't have AC. the window didn't open much. The room got really stuffy in the morning and didn't cool off at night. The hot tub jets went working when I pushed the button.

We both enjoyed our stay...

Liked: The size of room was wonderful. Location was great. Check-in staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The flooring was heated in kitchen are. Which would be nice in winter months. There was no A/C. We stayed the last week of September this year. We did get a bit too hot. We closed curtains and opened windows to help with staying as cool as possible.
