Overall we made it work...

Liked: We was placed in ridge point. which was not something i originally thought id booked and was not made aware.It was away from the main building and a bit inconvenient for dinning. My wife and I we love breakfast but for it being in an entirely different building we opted to just stay n cook breakfast instead.
Disliked: The road leaving the parking garage was not service as it should during and after heavy snow. Difficult at time for some people to drive out due slippery roadway n some doesn't have 4×4 vehicles

We won't be returning.

Liked: Room was great on the first night. The room was clean. Bed is comfortable. Parking was convenient.
Disliked: Paper thin walls. Room was great on the first night. However, our second night we had partiers check-in next door and the thin walls allowed us to join in the 'fun' until 2am. We could hear everything going on. We like to wake up early and this kind of made our last day of skiing challenging. We won't be returning. Breakfast and the people mover start at 8am so if you are interested in first chair for skiing be sure to make other arrangements. In order to get your room key you need to discuss a timeshare with someone (it's not the full time-share thing). Holiday-Inn timeshares are notoriously deceptive - do your research before accepting the "free" benefits.Hot tub was cloudy and not very warm. Sauna didn't appear to work (it looked to be antique).

Overall, best choice in south...

Liked: I loved the view and the close proximity of heavenly. The setup inside was also so nice. I loved the view from the balcony and bedroom.
Disliked: the beds were really hard

Disliked: Very, very disappointed in the stay. First of all basics: room was freezing cold, showers worse. I was not comfortable the entire stay due to this fact. No TV for a large portion of the stay made things worse. I have an EV - no good charging capability so car almost died which would have been disastrous. This led to unnecessary anxiety.Staff: not well trained at all. I was amazed at how they did not know basic information or have wrong information, and some even shared with me their frustrations towards management on their lack of training to help answer basic questions guests have. This should be hospitality industry 101.I was given much misinformation regarding skiing at the resort. This resulted in a waste of time and even spending too much money on ski services as I later found out. I was told in an email communication before I arrived that there was a ski shop on site. Lo and behold when I arrived was informed it had closed several years back. This was false advertising in a sense, and influenced our decision to stay with you (or as we know now not staying with you).Overall a huge fail. I would never go back.

Beautiful stay for a Ski/Snowboarding...

Liked: Bed was comfortable unlike most hotels, view was gorgeous, loved all of the amenities including the tram to the lift. Great kitchen and living room to cook and relax.
Disliked: Our room had a yellow stain on the comforter, it should have been changed out for a new one. House keeping should have taken care of this so we did not find it.
